Shipping & Delivery: All our eggs will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. All our eggs are individually wrapped in tissue then placed into an egg box which is then surrounded and cushioned by bubble wrap inside a card board box. We use this unique packaging as we have proven it increases fertility and is the safest and most reliable way to send them.
Privacy & Security: For our customers own protection and security all payments will be done through paypal. We do not store any customer credit or debit card details.
Returns & Replacements: All our eggs are regularly tested for fertility in our own incubators, however we cannot guarantee fertility due to how they are shipped. How ever if you have a full set of eggs i.e six or twelve that after 7 days are not fertile ( showing no blood vessels when candled, the please post them back to us and we will send out replacement eggs ( depending on availibility) the postage is to be paid by the customer to be sent then re sent.
Ordering: We do have the right to refuse any order. If for any reson we cannot meet the order of eggs we will refund the full amount of monies paid.
